About Us

The mission of JROTC in the Community is to provide leadership opportunities, positive experiences, and to inspire success in the youth who are enrolled in JROTC High School Programs.

JROTC students have the unique opportunity to learn how to implement skills such as leadership, discipline, teamwork and respect in a manner that would give them an edge over their peers. JIT-C’s vision is to offer workshops, experiences, and networking opportunities that will continue to further their development as well as allow them to leverage those skills well after they graduate from high school.

• Create links between the businesses in our communities, local area high schools and the high school JROTC students that will provide greater opportunities for success
• Create opportunities for JROTC students to engage in and learn about the different paths of success that are available to them both in the military and beyond.
